I hate to break it to you but – your stuff is not worth what you think

There is a wonderful article I saw recently on Facebook that discusses what I have known for years, no-one wants to buy your stuff. I know, you’ve watched all the storage, pawn and antique reality shows and they always find valuable items. Unfortunately, those valuables are about as easy to find as winning the lottery. I’m sorry to be the one to tell you the truth you don’t want to hear but I do have some good news.

Once you understand the depressing fact that no one wants to give you money, you are free to give your stuff away which is so much easier than trying to sell it. There are several charities that will pick up most of the items in your home (if they are not damaged or extremely heavy) for little cost or even free. Go to www.donationtown.org to find a charity in your area.

Please read the article below for details on Beanie Babies, trains, dolls, royal family items, silverware, stamps, coins, Star Wars figurines, sports memorabilia, and yes even Thomas Kincaid paintings. There are lots more items listed in the article too.
